As the founder of Hourglass Concierge, Emina helps homeowners throughout Wrightsville Beach, Figure Eight Island, Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Wilmington, and surrounding coastal communities enjoy their homes without worrying about what happens between visits.
Originally from Bosnia, Emina moved to North Carolina in 1998 and has called the Wilmington area home ever since. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where she earned a degree in Operations Management—a background that continues to shape the organized, detail-oriented approach behind Hourglass Concierge today.
What began as helping homeowners coordinate vendors, oversee projects, and prepare homes for arrival has grown into a full-service second home management company built on trust, communication, and attention to detail.
Today, Hourglass Concierge provides routine home checks, vendor coordination, storm preparation, renovation oversight, arrival-ready home preparation, and ongoing property care. Together with a trusted network of local professionals and a licensed General Contractor on staff, Emina serves as a single point of contact for everything a home needs.
